Our Founder
Ashbourne Property Consultants was established by Ameet Patel, an RICS Associate Surveyor with a strong background in residential property surveying and valuation.
Ameet gained extensive experience working within large corporate firms, including Stirling Ackroyd Surveyors and Countrywide, where he worked across a wide range of property types and client instructions. While these roles provided valuable technical and market expertise, they also highlighted the limitations of volume-driven models — particularly the lack of personal service and continuity for clients.
Ashbourne Property Consultants was created to offer an alternative: a practice built around quality, attention to detail, and direct client relationships, where every instruction receives the care it deserves.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Ameet enjoys spending time with his two Pomeranian dogs and can often be found starting and ending the day with long walks. This routine reflects the calm, thoughtful, and balanced mindset he brings to his professional practice.
